Anthony opened Boyle’s Family Butchers in April 2018 in the town of New Ross, Co.Wexford. With over 20 years’ experience and a passion for food and quality Boyle’s family butchers has become a trusted household name in the local community. A traditional artisan butchers working together with local farmers to produce top quality beef, lamb, pork, bacon and poultry.

Here at Boyle’s, we pride ourselves in keeping with tradition when hand making our prime beef burgers and sausages. All our beef is handpicked and dry aged in our dry aged chambers in store for a minimum of 38 days. All products are hand made in store to guarantee quality and freshness at all times.
