At Boyle’s we pride ourselves on providing our community with the freshest in locally sourced meats. We work with a number of local farmers and producers.
We source all our beef from Summerhill Farm in Thomastown Kilkenny, a family run farm that specialises in beef production. They take pride in their beef and live by the motto ‘The proof is in the taste’. We are delighted to supply this farm to fork beef at Boyle’s.
We source all our lamb and pork from O’Flynns in Waterford. O’Flynn’s have been trading for over 150 years. They specialise in traditional cuts of pork and lamb. With O’Flynn’s as suppliers we guarantee your pork and lamb is fresh, high quality and locally sourced.
We source all our free range chicken from Byrnes Free Range Chickens. Byrnes Free Range Farm is a family run farm located in Askamore on the Wexford/Wicklow border. All chickens are brought in from a hatchery as day olds and are reared on straw bedding. They are fed on the highest quality ration to produce a succulent free range chicken. The chickens roam freely and forage in lush grass which results in a tender tasty chicken with delicious flavour.
